Vantage Terms of Use

Effective September 28, 2026

These terms govern use of Elyrion Vantage, a platform of Elyrion Global Corporation. By accessing Vantage, an authorized user agrees to use the platform for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Authorized use

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for information they submit to their organization's workspace. Users may not attempt to access another organization's data, interfere with platform security, or use Vantage for unlawful activity.

Acquisition intelligence and response preparation

Vantage supports acquisition research, requirement analysis, company-fact reuse, response preparation, and execution workflows. Vantage does not replace the user's responsibility to review the controlling solicitation, amendments, government instructions, deadlines, representations, certifications, pricing, and final submission.

No automatic representation

Drafts, analyses, readiness indicators, and generated response materials are working products. They do not constitute a representation to a government agency until an authorized user reviews, approves, and submits the applicable response through the required channel.

Source information

Government notices and third-party materials may change or become unavailable. Users should rely on the controlling government source for final solicitation requirements and amendments. Vantage may preserve source material and provenance to support review.

Company facts

Users are responsible for the accuracy of company, capability, experience, partner, pricing, and other business facts supplied to Vantage. The platform is designed not to invent missing company facts; information requiring confirmation may remain unresolved until verified.

Availability and changes

Elyrion may maintain, improve, modify, or discontinue Vantage features as the platform develops. Reasonable efforts are made to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Elyrion Vantage, its branding, platform design, and proprietary platform materials are owned by Elyrion Global Corporation or used with permission. Government and third-party source materials remain subject to their respective rights and terms.
